The Vendor certifies that during the period between the Contract submission date and the completion of the term of this Contract, should Vendor offer prices more favorable than those quoted herein, or provide changed prices more favorable than those quoted herein under a contract in effect at the contract submission date with any similarly sized school district in the United States, for the same or substantially similar items, and the same or substantially similar quantity of item(s), and for the same or substantially similar contractual time period, then the Vendor shall immediately thereafter notify Region 7, provided that such notification requirement shall be subject to the reasonable limitations of Vendor’s systems and processes to track any offer which may be deemed to be more favorable. Regardless whether such notice is sent by the Vendor or received by Region 7, if the foregoing conditions apply, this Contract shall be deemed amended, retroactively to the effective date of the more favorable treatment, to provide the more favorable prices. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
