Catalog Discount Bid Terms, Paragraph 2.2.3, Page 5 & Shipping Terms, Paragraph 3.2.4, Page 9-Shipping and Handling is FREE of charge on purchase orders of $350.00 or more for (Reinforced Library Binding & Trade-Hardcover Binding) listed in the following catalog: 2019-2020 PreK-12 Library Catalog. Teaching Resource products have a 9% shipping and handling charge. 2. Our delivery terms are as follows: 10-14 days Non Library Processed and 21-30 days Library Processed. These terms are for the products listed on the following catalogs: 2019-2020 PreK-12 Library Catalog. 3. New catalogs become available annually in the month of July and may include price changes. The discount percentage will remain firm for the length of the contract. Library processing specifications and costs are subject to change. 4. Catalog Discount Bid Terms, Paragraph 2.2.6.4, Page 5-Our Online Subscriptions (service) are invoiced annually. 5. Standard Purchase Terms, Paragraph 3.3.1, Page 9-Our invoice will not include a bill of lading or a freight waybill. However, you may contact customer service at 800-621-1115 x2 followed by x1 to request a proof of delivery. 6. Warranties, Paragraph 3.5.1, Page 10-Add: The Vendor certifies that during the period between the Contract submission date and the completion of the term of this Contract, should Vendor offer prices more favorable than those quoted herein, or provide changed prices more favorable than those quoted herein under a contract in effect at the contract submission date with any similarly sized school district in the United States, for the same or substantially similar items, and the same or substantially similar quantity of item(s), and for the same or substantially similar contractual time period, then the Vendor shall immediately thereafter notify Region 7, provided that such notification requirement shall be subject to the reasonable limitations of Vendor’s systems and processes to track any offer which may be deemed to be more favorable. Regardless whether such notice is sent by the Vendor or received by Region 7, if the foregoing conditions apply, this Contract shall be deemed amended, retroactively to the effective date of the more favorable treatment, to provide the more favorable prices. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
